• LEADERSHIP — Leaders integrate these perspectives, set strategy, prioritize risks, and guide preparedness, response, and recovery.

Its continued development requires sustained institutional support: healthcare executives to recognize, integrate, and resource the function, and policymakers, educators, and accrediting bodies to support its development.
